SaaS development from idea to first customers

We build cloud products sold by subscription — from scoping the first release to deployment, measurement and further development.

Who it is for

  • Founders with a validated problem who need a first usable version.
  • Companies that want to turn an internal tool into a product.
  • Existing SaaS products hitting the limits of their original architecture.
  • Products missing payments, subscriptions or proper tenant separation.

What you get

  • Scope cut down to what the first release must do — and what can wait.
  • An architecture ready for multiple customers and growing data.
  • Sign-up, roles, permissions and separation of each customer's data.
  • Payments and subscriptions wired to a payment provider.
  • Deployment, backups and monitoring, so you hear about problems first.
  • In-app behaviour tracking as a basis for the next decisions.

The goal of the first release is not a finished product, but feedback from real users as early as possible.

Frequently asked questions

What belongs in the first version?

As little as possible. Together we pick the one thing the product must do better than the alternatives, and build that properly. The rest follows what users tell you.

Can you help with technical decisions?

Yes. Without a technical co-founder, we take on the technical partner role — from choosing the stack to estimating running costs.

What does running such an app cost?

For an early product, server costs are usually far lower than people expect. You get a concrete estimate as part of the quote, including how it grows with customers.

What if the product does not work out?

That is exactly why we start small. Finding out after the first release is cheaper than after a year of development — and much of the work is usually reusable.

Have a product idea?

Tell us what it should solve and for whom. We will come back with a proposed scope for the first release.
